Richardson, a Registered Land Surveyor in the State <br />of Wisconsin, do hereby certify that I have inspected, surveyed, <br />and mapped the above described property according to the official <br />records and that I have determined and shown the locations of all <br />visible structures, the dimensions of all principal buildings, <br />roadways, apparent and recorded easements, and visible encroach- <br />ments, if any.
