<br />described property and that I have mapped the property
<br />according to the official records and that I have mapped the
<br />locations of all visible structures, the dimensions of all
<br />principal buildings, roadways, apparent easements and visible
<br />encroachments, if any. This mortgage inspection has been
<br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of First Federal
<br />Savings Bank and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and
<br />Associates, Inc. and First Federal Savings Bank which excludes
<br />this mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of
<br />Section AE 7, per Section AE 7.01 (2), Wisconsin Admini-
<br />stration Code, and therefore, this mortgage inspection may not
<br />comply with all of the requirements of Section AE 7. This
<br />mortgage inspection is made for the exclusive use of the
<br />present owners of the property and also those who purchase,
<br />mortgage or guarantee the title thereto within one year from
<br />date hereof and as to them we certify the accuracy of said
<br />mortgage inspection as shown."
