This <br />mortgage inspection has been prepared in accordance with the <br />requirements of Margaretten & Company, Inc. and under an <br />agreement between R.F. Sarko and Associates, Inc. and <br />Margaretten & Company, Inc. which excludes this mortgage <br />inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE 7, per <br />Section AE 7.01(2), Wisconsin Administrative Code, and <br />therefore, this mortgage inspection may not comply with all <br />of the requirements of Section AE 7.
