This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Christopher <br />Company and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and <br />Associates, Inc. and Christopher Company which excludes this <br />mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE <br />7, per Section AE 7.01 (2), Wisconsin Administration Code, and <br />therefore, this mortgage inspection may not comply with all of <br />the requirements of Section AE 7.
