<br />described property and that I have mapped the property
<br />according to the official records and that I have mapped the

<br />principal buildings, roadways, apparent easements and visible
<br />encroachments, if any. This mortgage inspection has been
<br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Ron Gross and
