This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of First Lutheran <br />Church and under an agreement between R.F. Sarko and <br />Associates, Inc. and First Lutheran Church which excludes this <br />mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of Section AE <br />7, per Section AE 7.01 (2), Wisconsin Administration Code, <br />except Section AE 7.08, and therefore, this mortgage <br />inspection does not comply with all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 7.
