This mortgage inspection has been <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of Blackhawk <br />Credit Union and under an agreement between R.F, Sarko and <br />Associates, Inc. and Blackhawk Credit Union which excludes <br />this mortgage inspection from all of the requirements of <br />Section AE 7, per Section AE 7.01 (2), Wisconsin Admini- <br />stration Code, except Section AE 7.08, and therefore, this <br />mortgage inspection does not comply with all of the <br />requirements of Section AE 7.
