CA_RIBEF.Ry, administratrix of <br />the Estate of Joseph H. Koltes, also knotm Ps J. H. Koltes; Late <br />of the Village of Waunakee, Dane County, Wideonsin, deceased, part <br />of the first part, and FLOTIENCE J. HARSTOOD, party of the second <br />part; <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, by an order made by the County Court of Dane County', <br />Wisconsin on the loth day of October, 1947, Eleanor E. Carberry, <br />in her capacity as administratrix aforesaid:,, was licensed to sell <br />the real estate of said JOseDh H. Koltes, d� ceased, hereinafter <br />described.; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Court having on the said 14th day of Oct- <br />ober, 1947 made an order authorizing and directing conveyance of <br />said premises to be executed to the said Florence J. Harwood for <br />the sum of Four Hundred and No /100 Dollars $400.00), in accordance <br />with the contract and stipulation theretofore made between said <br />administratrix and Florence J. Harwood, and ithe Court on said day <br />having approved and' confirmed said sale; <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL YE THAT I, the said F'leanor E. <br />Carberry, in my capacity of administratrix aforesaid, by virtue of <br />the power and authority of administratrix in1me vested as aforesaid, <br />and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred and No /100 Dollars <br />(6400.00) to me in hand paid by the said Florence J. Harwood, the <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell and convey unto the said Florence J. Harwood, her heirs and <br />assigns, the following described real estate: <br />4/26 interest in Lot 6 and part of Lqt 5, consisting <br />of a strip 16'112 feet in width running along the <br />entire length of said lot on the North side thereof, <br />Borchers Beach, Town of Westport, Dare County, <br />Wisconsin <br />
