L 520 PAGE 510 777 4Z I.e <br />EXECUTORiS DEED <br />TO ALL TO WHOI:I THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME: <br />The Madison Bank and Trust Company (a Corporation) of the <br />City of Madison, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, executor of <br />the Estate of Albert G.*Michelson, deceased, late of the City of <br />Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of the power of sale granted to it in <br />the last will and testament of said deceased, the said Madison <br />Bank and Trust Company in its capacity as executor of said estat( <br />was authorized and empowered to sell at private sale, the real <br />estate of said Albert G. Iichelson, deceased, hereinafter des- <br />cribed; <br />I9 <br />VHEREAS, in its capacity aforesaid, no further or,additionlal <br />bond is required; <br />C.HEREAS, in its capacity aforesaid, it has entered into a <br />Contract of Sale for the sale of said real estate, hereinafter <br />described; with C. E. Rupp of Madison, Wisconsin, subject to the <br />approval of the Count; j <br />WHEREAS, in its capacity aforesaid, it has made report of !, <br />its proceedings upon said order, to the Counter Court for Dane <br />County, and the Court has concluded that said Contract is for the <br />best interest of the Estate, and having on the 14th of September, <br />A.D., 1948, made an order confirming said contract, and directing <br />that a Deed of said real estate be executed and delivered to <br />C. E. Rupp upon the performance of all the conditions of said con <br />tract by him to be performed; and <br />WHEREAS, all the conditions of said contract have been <br />fully performed, and the purchase money has been fully paid, <br />according to the terms thereof; and <br />17HEREAS, it appears to the Court that such private sale <br />legally made and fairly conducted, and that the sum bid thereon <br />was not disproportionate to the value of the property, or that a <br />
