D.3= <br />between LAKE FonEST COMPANY, a Corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the lags of the State of Wis- <br />consin, located at 'Madison, Wisconsin, party of the first part, and Merton L. Webber, Jr. and Olive <br />Webber, husband and wife as joint tenants, , parties of the second part <br />WittleSseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br />consideration to it paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, <br />has given, granted, bargained, sold, remised, released, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does give, grant, <br />bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and <br />assigns forever, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to wit: <br />A parcel of land located in Government Lot 2, Section 27, Township 7 North, <br />Range 9 East, Tovm of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a concrete monument which marks the intersection of the center <br />line of Covall Street and the Southwesterly property line of Marshall Parkway <br />as recorded on the Plat of Forest Park; thence South 380 191 East 28.1 -feet to <br />an iron pipe lying on the Southwesterly property line of Marshall Parkway; thence <br />South 28v 411 West 223.1 -feet to an iron pipe; thence North 450 32t West 75.9 -ft. <br />to an iron pipe which also marks the center of the Westerly curve of Marshall <br />Parkway; thence North 380 261 East 43.6 -feet to an iron stake; thence North <br />210111 East 176.6 -feet to an iron pipe lying on the Southerly side of Marshall <br />Parkway; thence along the are of a curve of radius 218.4 -feet, the long chord <br />of which bears South 570 10' East, a distance of 63.7-feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />This deed is given to correct the description in that certain warranty deed <br />between the parties hereto dated December 31,1941 and recorded in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds for Dane County,17isconsin on January 2,1942 in Volume <br />418 of Deeds on page 81. <br />
