All lots in said plat shall be used exclu- <br />sively for private dwelling purposes and no dwell- <br />ing house designed or intended to be used for more <br />than one family shall be erected on said premises <br />nor shall any double house, tclo family house., du- <br />plex house or apartmeht building be erected on or <br />moved upon said premises o:fl suffered to' remain <br />there. <br />2.
