<br />ARTHUR V . BIREENTMER and JANE B. BIRIMMISIER, husband and wife,

<br />ITNESSETTI, That the said party of the first part, for
<br />and in consideration of the sum of One (111,00) Dollar and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, to her in hand paid by the said
<br />parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby con-
<br />fessed and acknowledged, has given, granted, bargained, sold,
<br />remised, released, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
<br />presents does give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, aline,
<br />convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part,

<br />be inning of this parcel; thence South 630 521 West
