<br />ants and not as tenants in common, panties of the second part..

<br />and valuable - consideration, to her in hand paid by the said partiE

<br />Hills and described more fully as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point which is North l0 East 291 feet and
<br />South 890 30t East 13.3 feet and North 300 261 West 139,5 feet
<br />from the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Sectior.
<br />16; thence North 340 32t West 88,1 feet; thence South 530 541
<br />West 140 feet to a point which is 30 feet Northeasterly along the
<br />extended Northerly line of this parcel, from a line established
