WARRANTY DEED VOL 545PAC'E5 <br />THIS INDENTURE, Made this 2nd day of June, A. D. 1950, <br />between FREDA K. WnVIMBLE, party of the first part, and HAZEL L. <br />SHANDS and JOBELLE A. SHANDS, husband and wife as joint tenants <br />and not as tenants in common, parties of the second part. <br />WITNESSETH, That the said party of tYhe.first part, for <br />and in consideration of the sum of one ($1.00) Dollar and other <br />good and valuable consideration, to her in hand paid by the said <br />parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby con- <br />fessed and acknowledged, has given:, granted, bargained, sold, re- <br />mised, released, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these <br />presents does give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, <br />convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their <br />heirs and assigns forever, the following described real estate, <br />situated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to -wit: <br />Parcel 1: A parcel of land lying in and being a part of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, <br />Town 7 North, Range 9 East (Township of Madison), Dane County, <br />Wisconsin, and within the corporate limits of the Village of <br />Shorewood Hills and described more fully as follows <br />Beginning at a point which is North 10 East 291 feet and <br />South 890 301 East 13.3 feet and North 300 26t East 189.5 feet; <br />and North 3ko 321 West 88.1 feet and North 370 531 West 88.1 <br />feet from the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said <br />section 16, which is the point of beginning of this description; <br />thence North 390 361 West 76.4 feet; thence South 520 Olt West <br />240 feet to a point which is 30 feet Northeasterly, along the <br />extended Northerly line of this parcel, from a line established <br />for purposes of determining set -back line on University Bay <br />Drive, under the terms of a certain ordinance adolYted by the <br />Village of Shorewood Hills on the 13th day of February, 1950; <br />thence on a 50 08t curve to the left 46 feet, the long chord <br />of which bears South 390 101 East; thence South 100 21t East <br />1305 feet; thence on a 40 341 curve to the right 20.5 feet, <br />the long chord of which bears South 390 551 East, thence North <br />500 31t East 140 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Parcel #2a Also all land lying between the extended Northerly <br />and Southerly lines of said Parcel #1, and between the center <br />of University Bay Drive and the Westerly line of Parcel #1; thi: <br />Parcel #2 is subject to the present public highway over part <br />thereof. <br />THIS CONVEYANCE IS Subject to the following restrictions <br />
