ZONING ORDINANCE ANE D1MIQvf NO. 4865 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br />Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH 2 <br />Rural Homes District the following described land: <br />Pet. #4865: <br />Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Albion describe�laats follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of Outlot #2, Assessor's Village of <br />Albion, thence Westerly along the North right—of—way line of Bliven Road 392 <br />feet more or less to the pint of beginning. Thence Northerly 530 feet more or <br />less; thence Westerly 411 feet more or less; thence Southerly 530 feet more or <br />less; thence Easterly 411 feet more or less to the p int of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />w i l l be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment w i l l become <br />effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br />Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br />recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />EFFECTIVE: <br />
