DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6637 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br />Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the R-4 Residential <br />District/s the following described land: <br />PETITION NUMBER: 6637 <br />Lying within Government Lot 91, Section 18, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br />follows: Lots 27, 28, 29, 30 Block #1, Lee's Park Addition. Also, Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, Block <br />2 and Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Monson's Park. Also, beginning at the intersection of <br />Northerly right-of-way of Sunnyside Terrace with the Westerly right-of-way of Fairview <br />Street, thence funning Northerly along the Westerly right-of-way of Fairview Street, 535 <br />feet; thence Westerly, at a right angle to Fairview Street, 134 feet; thence Southerly, <br />parallel with Fairview Street, 450 feet; thence Easterly, 2 feet; thence Southerly, parallel <br />with Fairview Street, 14 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Sunnyside Terrace; <br />thence Southeasterly along the Northerly right-of-way of Sunnyside Terrace, 150.6 feet to <br />the point of beginning. Also, Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way <br />of Sunnyside Terrace with the Easterly right-of-way of Fairview Street, thence running <br />Northerly along the Easterly right-of-way of Fairview Street, 39.5 feet; thence Easterly, at <br />a right angle to Fairview Street, 132 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with Fairview Street, <br />120.5 feet; thence Northwesterly along the Northerly right-of-way of Sunnyside Terrace, <br />154.9 feet to the point of beginning. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br />Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the follow ingconditions. <br />CERTIFIED SU REOU7RED <br />The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br />for approval and recorded. This amendment ljۢill become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br />County, a certified survey map that descnies the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br />Registerof Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br />recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
