DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6637 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the R-4 Residential District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6637 Lying within Government Lot 91, Section 18, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Lots 27, 28, 29, 30 Block #1, Lee's Park Addition. Also, Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, Block 2 and Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Monson's Park. Also, beginning at the intersection of Northerly right-of-way of Sunnyside Terrace with the Westerly right-of-way of Fairview Street, thence funning Northerly along the Westerly right-of-way of Fairview Street, 535 feet; thence Westerly, at a right angle to Fairview Street, 134 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with Fairview Street, 450 feet; thence Easterly, 2 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with Fairview Street, 14 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Sunnyside Terrace; thence Southeasterly along the Northerly right-of-way of Sunnyside Terrace, 150.6 feet to the point of beginning. Also, Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right-of-way of Sunnyside Terrace with the Easterly right-of-way of Fairview Street, thence running Northerly along the Easterly right-of-way of Fairview Street, 39.5 feet; thence Easterly, at a right angle to Fairview Street, 132 feet; thence Southerly, parallel with Fairview Street, 120.5 feet; thence Northwesterly along the Northerly right-of-way of Sunnyside Terrace, 154.9 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the follow ingconditions. CERTIFIED SU REOU7RED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment «•ill become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that descnies the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Registerof Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
