That upon the cessation of such business operation, or <br />Capon the business suspension for a continuing per iod'of one (1) <br />year, and in consideration of the above, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br />A. The property owners will restrict the use of the <br />property to a new machine shop and residential use for the owner of <br />the business. All other uses permitted under C-1 are excluded. <br />B. The property owners will be in complete control of <br />the rezoned parcel and shall use the parcel as a new machine shop <br />and residential' use for owner of business. The property owners <br />further agree that they will not, except as hereinafter set forth, <br />sell, transfer, lease or any way change the use of said parcel to <br />other than those uses set forth in this paragraph. <br />C. The property owners shall not transfer, lease, sell <br />or convey any legal or equitable interest in the- parcel to be <br />rezoned to C-1 District without filing a petition at the property <br />owners' expense requesting that the; above parcel be rezoned to A-1 <br />and shall follow the rezoning process through to a successful <br />y owners fail to petition, the Town <br />conclusion. Should the propert <br />Board may petition acting as the owners`. agent, such agency being <br />hereby irrevocably creal.d. <br />D.
