ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ND. 2893 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />VERONA <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be <br />amended to include in the C-2 commercial District <br />the following described land: <br />s, <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Verona, described as follows: <br />j Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 13; thence East 1613.53 feet <br />along the South line of Section 13 to the point of beginning; thence N 05° 14' <br />14" E, 317.0 feet along the East line of Certified Survey Map #1548 and that <br />i line extended; thence East 199.13 feet; thence S 05° 14' 14" E, 317.0 feet to the <br />I South line of said Section 13, thence West along said South line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />
