DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7102 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br />Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br />Districts the following described land: <br />PETITION NUMBER: 7102 <br />Parcel located in the NW 114 of the SW 114, Section 2, Town of Christiana, as follows: <br />Commencing at the W 114 comer of said Section 2; thence S 00'10' W, 236 feet ± to the <br />point of beginning; thence S 8633' E, 385 feet ±; thence N 01°34' E, 143 feet±; thence N <br />64'48' E, 243 feet±; thence N 88°42' E, 85 feet ±; thence S 00°06' E, 132 feet ±; thence <br />S 663 1' E, 164 feet ±; thence S 00'26 E, 313 feet ±; thence S 80°31' W, 231 feet ±; <br />thence N 84°37' W, 143 feet ±; thence N 00'55' E, 224 feet ±; thence N 86°33' W, 480 <br />feet ±; thence N 00' 10' E, 66 feet ± to the point of beginning. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) ofthe Dane <br />County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br />will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br />90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br />rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br />survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br />be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment, based upon their findings, to be <br />consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
