ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5431 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts i n the Town of <br />.s 4 <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br />Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include i n the C-2 <br />Commercial District the following described land: <br />Pet. #5431: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br />West 189.73 feet of SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, lying North of USH 12. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning i s hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2. (b) <br />of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br />the following conditions. <br />CONDITION <br />1. This rezone shall be effective upon implementation of the bulk gas <br />facility on the property. Said implementation shall take place within 2 <br />years of the date of the approval of the rezone, failure to do so shall <br />cause the rezone to be null and void. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE:, <br />
