DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8370 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br />Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s <br />the following described land: <br />PETITION NUMBER: 8370 <br />A part of the NE 114 of the NE 114 of Section 22, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Section 22; thence South 465 feet to the point <br />of beginning, thence South 650 feet; thence West 208.71 feet; thence South 208.71 feet; <br />thence West 250 feet; thence North 300 feet; thence N45° East 640 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br />County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br />map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br />land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br />to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br />recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />X\16\( ff <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment, based upon their findings, to be <br />consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
