ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3040 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoninp Districts in the Town of <br />NUNr ROSE <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be <br />amended to include in the R -1A RPg;4P„cP District <br />the following described land: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Montrose described as follows: Commencing <br />at the South quarter corner of Section 1, Town of Montrose: thence N 85° 25' W, <br />115.7 feet; thence N 75° 22' W, 307.82 feet; thence N 65° 19' W, 220.00 feet; thence <br />N 750 06" W, 354.16 feet; thence N 84' 53' W, 100.10 feet; thence S 88" 52' W, 249.18 <br />feet; thence N 01' 15' E, 676.20 feet; thence N 46° 58' E, 119.22 feet; thence N 42" <br />48' 30" E, 405.55 feet; thence N 52° 12' 00" E, 113.34 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence N 12° 01' 06" W, 236.49 feet; thence N 07' 23' 01" E, 427.79 feet; thence <br />N 520 12' 00" E, 135.00 feet; thence S 07° 23' 01", 287.79 feet; thence S 16° 55' 45" <br />E, 333.51 feet; thence S 52° 12' 00" W, 218.36 feet to the point of beginning. <br />This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br />be prepared for approval and recorded.
