Motion to DISAPPROVE of this ordinance amendment by <br />Beuthin, second by Richard, and to ask the County to consider rewriting the amendment giving more respect to the rights of current <br />owners of non -conforming mineral extraction sites (recognizing their financial interest in maintaining their opportunity to reopen a <br />mineral extraction site) as well as the town's interest in having some measure of control over the reopening of these sites (hours of <br />operation, lighting, reimbursement for use of town roads, etc.) in the revised version.
