MICHAE L BEST,
& FRIEDRICH LLP'
Members Dane County Zoning Land Resources Committee
Joe Parisi
February 25, 2014
Page 3
CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, DCAAP strongly recommends that the Dane County Board of
Supervisors NOT enact OA -26. Rather, DCAAP wishes to work collaboratively with Dane
County to produce a system which is environmentally friendly, economically viable and
protective of property rights. Collaboration rather than top down regulation is clearly the way to
undertake these efforts.
We thank you in advance for your service and your time and.your consideration.. We look
forward to working collaboratively with both the Dane County Board of Supervisors as well as
Dane County Executive Parisi to achieve maximum benefits for our citizens.
Sincerely,
IC BE T F IE ICH LLP
William F.
