<br />1951 , between FREDA K. WINTERBLE, party of Ohe first part' and
<br />HAZEL L. SHANDS and JOBELLE A. SHA,NDS, husband and wife as joint
<br />tenants and not as tenants in common, parties of the second part.
<br />WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and
<br />in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, to her in hand paid by the said
<br />parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confess
<br />and acknowledged, has given, granted, bargained, sold,remised, re-
<br />leased, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents
<br />does give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, convey
<br />and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs
<br />and assigns forever, the following described real estate, sit-
<br />uated in the County of Dane and State of Wisconsin, to -wit:
<br />Parcel #1: A parcel of land lying in and being a part of
<br />the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
<br />162 Town 7 North, Range 9 East, (Township of Madison) Dane
<br />County, Wisconsin, and within the corporate limits of the
<br />Village of Shorewood Hills and described more fully as
<br />follows-
<br />Beginning
<br />ollows:Beginning at a point which is North 1 0 East 291 feet
<br />and South 890 304 East 13.3 feet,and North 300 264 West
<br />182.5 feet, and North 340 321 West 8-8.1 feet, and North
<br />37 534 West 8801 feet from the Southeast corner of the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of -said Section'16; thence North 390 364 West 80
<br />feet; thence South 500.304 West 140 feet to a point 30feet
<br />Northeast, along the extended Northerly line of this parcel,
<br />from a line established for purposes of determining set-
<br />back line on University Bay Drive, under the terms of a
<br />certain ordinance adopted by the Village of Shorewood Hills
<br />on the 13th day of February, 1950; hereinafter called set-
<br />back line; thence on a 50 08t curve to the left a distance
<br />of 46 feet, the -long chord of which bears South 390 10+
<br />East and is parallel to said set -back line; thence South
<br />400 21t East 13.5 feet parallel to said set -back line; thence
<br />on a 40 144 curve to the -right a distance of 20.5 feet, the
<br />long chord of which bears South 390 55t East and is parallel
<br />to said set -back line; thence North 500 314 East 11{.0 feet
<br />to the point of beginning.
<br />Parcel #2: Also all land lying between the extended North-
<br />erly and Southerly lines of said Parcel #l, and between the
<br />center of University Bay Drive and the Westerly line of
<br />Parcel #1; this Parcel -#2 f8 subject to the present public
<br />highway over part thereof.
<br />THIS DEED is for the purpose of correcting the description
<br />in former deed between the same parties dated Juno 2, 1950,
<br />recorded in Vol. 545 at page 525.
