<br />THIS INDENTURE, Made this 29th day of January , A.D.
<br />1951, between FREDA K. WINTERBLE, party of the first_ part, and
<br />DONALD J. HAGEDORN and ELOISE T. HAGEDORN, husband and wife as
<br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, parties of the second
<br />part.
<br />WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for
<br />and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, to her in hand paid by the said
<br />parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby con-
<br />fessed and acknowledged, has given, granted, bargained, sold, re-
<br />mised, released, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
<br />presents does give, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien,
<br />convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, their

<br />Beginning at a point which is North 10 East 291 feet,
<br />and South 890 301 East 13.3 feet, and North 300 26f West
<br />189.5 feet, and North 340 32, West 88.1 feet, and North 370

<br />terms of a certain ordinance adopted by the Village of Shore-
<br />wood Hills on the 13th day of February, 1950; thence on a
<br />50 41 curve to the left, the long chord of which bears South
<br />280 091 East for 86.25 feet, thence North 580 37t East 140
<br />feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Parcel #-2: Also all land lying between the extended North-
<br />erly and Southerly lines of said Parcel #1, and between the
<br />center of University Bay Drive and the Westerly line of Par-
<br />cel ##1; this Parcel #2 is subject to the present public
<br />highway over part thereof.
