<br />Beginning at a point on the center line of a concrete pavement, which by'
<br />deed has heretofore been described as being 990 feet West (but by actual.`
<br />measurement is approximately 1.000.5 Feet vilest) from the Southeast corner 'I
<br />of said Section 20 and 495.5 feet North from the South line of said Section '
<br />20; thence Northerly along the center line of the concrete pavement 82 feet;
<br />thence due West a distance of 25 feet to an iron stake; thence West a dis-
<br />tance of 120 feet to a point which is 495.5 feet North from the South line
<br />of Section 20; thence South and parallel to center line of concrete pave -
<br />meet a distance of 82 feet; thence East to point of beginning. The above 4
<br />described parcel is sold subject to the following reservations and re-
<br />strictions: (1) No part of the above described parcel shall ever be con-
<br />veyed to, used, owned or occupied by negroes or Italians as owner or tenant,,
<br />�(2) For a period of 25 years from -the date of this agreement no building !;
<br />previously erected elsewhere shall be moved upon the above described parcielo
<br />(3) For a period. of 25 years from the date of this agreement no building on

<br />years from the date of this agreement no buildings except a house and
<br />garage shall be erected upon the above described -parcel without the written ij
<br />iconsent of the first parties. (5) Any building erected for a home on the
<br />jabove described parcel shall have a value of not less than $3500.00. (6)
<br />!No building shall be erected nearer than 5 feet to the lot line, no house
<br />ishall be erected closer than 15 feet to the lot line, and no cesspool or
<br />+'dry well shall be erected closer than 25 feet to the lot line„ (7) The I
<br />towner or owners of the above described parcel shall at no time permit an
<br />!accumu.lation of junk, refuse, rubbish or other unsightly things to remain
<br />lupon the premises for a period longer than 60 days, (8) Said property is
<br />further subject to the restrictions of deed dated August 5, 1903 from John.
<br />Tif. Olin et ,al. to William F. Doerfer. Also excepted from this conveyance
<br />+is the land described in the deed to the city of Madison for park and
<br />1pleasvx*e drive purposes from the above named grantors and others, dated i!

<br />create a joint tenancy in the property above described in Robert J. Mueller and Neva Muller, 0
