The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the ne County Board, pursuant to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. (' or his agent being afford- ed and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing a 1 persons opposing such application, does hereby make the following: FINDING OF FACT -..- 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will nothwiik be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2.
