The Agricultural Extension a Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the Dane County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. or his agent being afford- <br /> ed and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hear nTg all persons opposing such <br /> application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT -..r <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not/will be detrimental to <br /> or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> Z. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property In the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not/will <br /> be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional <br /> use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not/will impede the normal and orderly development and <br /> improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will/will not he made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures will not/will be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minmize traffic con- <br /> gestion In the public streets. <br /> 6. That the proposed conditional use does/does not conform to all applicable regulations of the district in which it <br /> is proposed to be located. <br /> 7. That the applicant has given the necessary guarantee detailed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by <br /> reference. <br /> B.
