The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning 8 Water Resources Committee of:Vine ne County Board, pursuant to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. /1�}e 9 or his agent being afford- ed and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing all persons opposing such application, does hereby make the following: FINDING OF FACT -..� 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not/ Se- detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2.
