The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the�a ne County Board, pursuant <br /> to Its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. /74 or his agent being afford- <br /> ed and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing all persons opposing such <br /> application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will notkek be detrimental to <br /> or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not/ce <br /> be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional <br /> use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not/n►1i impede the normal and orderly development and <br /> improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will/wi'Lwsb be made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures twill be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minmize traffic con- <br /> gestion in the public streets. <br /> 6. That the proposed conditional use does/fig—nm conform to all applicable regulations of the district in which it <br /> is proposed to be located, <br /> .-toforoace. <br /> 8.
