The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the Dane County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. /7 or his agent being afford- <br /> ed and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing a 1 persons opposing such <br /> application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT ..r <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will note be detrimental to <br /> or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not/- 4 <br /> be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional <br /> use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not/twill impede the normal and orderly development and <br /> improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4.
