The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the pine County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. ZO/ or his agent being <br /> afforded and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hear ng all persons opposing <br /> such application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety. morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not <br /> be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional <br /> use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and im- <br /> provement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will. atsbe made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures will. .be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion <br /> in the public streets. <br /> 6. Site to be restored to a 3 to 1 slope and covered with a minimum of 2 inches <br /> of topsoil. <br /> 2. Site to be seeded with fast growing grasses and deep rooted ground cover that <br /> will hold on a steep slope and prevent erosion; ie: annual rye grass and <br /> crown Vetch. <br /> 3. Application of straw mulch to prevent wash out and loss of seed. <br /> 4. Rebuild road ditch to the satisfaction of the Town of Windsor. <br /> 5. Work to be completed no later than June 30, 1980. <br /> 6. Project shall be subject to approval by the Committee and the Town of Windsor <br /> on completion. <br /> 7. Guarantee of financial surety in the amount of $10,000.00 to be posted with <br /> the Town of Windsor within 10 days and valid for one year to provide for re- <br /> pairs or reconstruction that may be necessary during that time. <br /> I <br />
