The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning. Planning & Water Resources Conmrittee of the Dane County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. to Z or his agent being <br /> afforded and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing all persons opposing <br /> such application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already pemitted will not <br /> be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional <br /> use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and im- <br /> provement of the surrounding property for uses pereitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements wil base be made. <br /> S. That adequate measures will pat be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion <br /> in the public streets. <br /> 6. That the proposed conditional use does asl.confom to all applicable regulations of the district in which it is pro- <br /> posed to be located. <br /> 1. This use will not benefit the needs of either the residents or the agricultural activities rea. <br /> 2. There are not other locations available for this use. <br /> 3. The land to be occupied by this use is not productive agricul nd. <br /> 4. Public services needed by this use are not av <br /> 5. Public services needed by this not be furnished without becoming an unreasonable burden on the taxpayers. <br /> 6. This use at thi n will not cause significant ham to the environment. <br /> That cant has given the necessary guarantee detailed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by re- <br /> That the conditions detailed in Exhibit "B" are specifically made applicable to this permit: and any violation of such <br /> conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. <br /> WHEREFORE IT IS ORDERED: that the application for conditional use permit no.
