The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of She Dape County Board, pursuant to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. Ti Q {p or his agent being afforded and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing all persons opposing such application, does hereby make the following: FINDING OF FACT 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and im- provement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will wM'be made. 5. That adequate measures will .a be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion in the public streets. 6. That the proposed conditional use does wsb conform to all applicable regulations of the district in which it is pro- posed to be located. 1. The land to be occupied by this use is not productive agricultural Ian 4. Public services needed by this use are not available. 5. Public services needed by this use can not be ed without becoming an unreasonable burden on the taxpayers. 6. This use at this location will no significant harm to the environment. That the applicant has ' e necessary guarantee detailed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by re- ference.
