e u,'o2/4 <br /> RESTRICTIONS ON CAMPGROUND USAGE <br /> In the event the Town of Mazomanie and the County of Dane shall <br /> agree to rezone owner's property and issue a Conditional Use Permit <br /> . such that the same may be operated as a campground, owner agrees to be <br /> bound by the following restrictions on the use thereof: <br /> 1. Owner agrees that there shall be no more than 25 campsites <br /> created on the rezoned lands. (f7n9tSnit Sb. •&-�s—.e>' <br /> 2. Owner agrees that he will, along the edge of the ridgeline <br /> crossing the Northwest corner of the property to be rezoned, cause no <br /> trespassing signs to be posted at intervals of 15G feet, said signs to <br /> be at least 18" 'X 18" in size and further agrees that he will prohibit <br /> any users of the campsite property, other than members of his immediate <br /> family from going upon the premises lying to the West and Northwest of <br /> said line. <br /> 3. Owner agrees that no paths or roads shall be constructed in <br /> the wooded area lying to the North and West of the location of the no tres- <br /> passing signs described in the preceding paragraph. <br /> 4. Owner agrees that he will prohibit the use of motorcycles, mini- <br /> bikes, mopeds, and other motor driven cycles in the campground area. Provid- <br /> ed, however, that persons camping in the campgrounds may leave such cycles <br /> at the campground office immediately adjacent to Dunlap Hollow Road and may <br /> operate the same for purposes of travel from the campground office on the <br /> public highways. <br /> 5. Owner agrees that he will prohibit the use of firearms on the <br /> campground property, including air rifles, excepting only the use of fire- <br /> arms by himself and his immediate family during normal hunting seasons. <br /> 6. Owner agrees that he will provide two to three iron rings, six to <br /> eight inches high, surrounded by rocks, and located at each of the campsites <br /> identified as Sites A, B and C for the purpose of creating a site for camp <br /> fires. <br /> 7. Owner agrees that he shall install only one all-night light to be <br /> located in the vicinity of the campground well. Owner reserves the right to <br /> extend electrical hookup service to such campsites, as he, in his judgment, <br /> believes will facilitate the economic operation of the campground, but in no <br /> event shall there be more hookups than twenty-five. <br /> In the event Owner should determine to allow winter camping on the <br /> campground, skiing, sledding and other winter activities shall be prohibited <br /> within the restricted area described in Paragraph 2 hereof. • <br /> 0110 8. Owner agrees that he will allow campers to remove fallen trees <br /> and portions thereof for purposes of providing themselves with firewood. <br /> However, no such permission shall be granted as to the restricted area defined <br /> in Paragraph 2 hereof.
