The Agricultural Extension & Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the Da a County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. ZZ Z. or his agent being <br /> afforded and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and after hear ng all persons opposing <br /> such application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not <br /> be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional <br /> use. <br /> 3, That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and im- <br /> provement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate measures will met-be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion <br /> in the public streets. <br /> 6. That the proposed conditional use does-net,conform to all applicable regulations of the district in which it is pro- <br /> posed to be located. <br /> 1. This use will not benefit the needs of either the residents or the agricultural activities in <br /> 2. There are not other locations available for this use. <br /> 3. The land to be occupied'by this use is not productive agricultu <br /> 4. Public services needed by this use are not avail <br /> 5. Public services needed by this us be furnished without becoming an unreasonable burden on the taxpayers. <br /> 6.
