1 <br /> The Agricultural Extension 5 Education, Zoning, Planning & Water Resources Committee of the Dane County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. 'j or his agent being <br /> afforded and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application, and afterhearing all persons opposing <br /> such application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT v v <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not <br /> be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional <br /> use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and im- <br /> provement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will ..et be made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures will-not-be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion <br /> in the public streets. <br /> 6. That the proposed conditional use does4iet'conform to all applicable regulations of the district in which it is pro- <br /> posed to be located. <br /> 1. This use will not benefit the needs of either the residents or the agricultural activities i ea. <br /> 2. There are not other locations available for this use. <br /> 3. The disposal area shall be limited to the land described on this permit. <br /> 2. The finished elevation shall not exceed 810.0 feet U.S.G.S. datum. <br /> 3. The area described on this permit shall have all corners visibly identified with per- <br /> manent posts extending at least 3 feet above ground. <br /> 4. All reports required by the Department of Natural Resources shall be submitted in dup- <br /> plicate to the Town Board of Mazomanie. <br /> 5. Submit a plan showing where cover material is to be taken from on the property and a re- <br /> clamation plan for the borrow area. The final slopes of the borrow area shall not be <br /> greater than 3 to 1 and seeded with fast growing vegetation to minimize both wind and <br /> water erosion. This plan shall be submitted to the Committee for its review and approval <br /> within 30 days of the receipt of this permit. <br /> 6. Plans shall be made to close the site not later than June 1 , 1982. <br /> 7. Provide certification by a licensed professional engineer or a registered land surveyor <br /> of the elevation of the finished grade of the disposal area and borrow area slopes. <br /> 411 1, <br />
