Zoning, Planning S Water Resources Committee of the ne County Board, pursuant <br /> to its powers and after a public hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. 'V or his agent being <br /> afforded and opportunity to present relevant facts supporting the application,. and after ea ing all persons opposing <br /> such application, does hereby make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment. maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2.
