SARKO Land Surveyor 1977 LEGAL DESCRIPTION PARCEL A: Part of the SE 4 of the SE 4 of Section 8, Town 5 North, Range 11 East, Township of Dunkirk, Dane County, Wisconsin, and the following described parcel is intended to be added to Lot 11, Block 3 of Riverwood Estates and said parcel is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 3 of Riverwood Estates, located in the NE 4 of the NE 4 of Section 18, Town 5 North, Rangell East, Dane County, Wisconsin; thence N00°16'00" W, 211. 42 feet to an iron stake on a meander line which is 19 feet more or less S00°16'00" E from the West bank of the Yahara River; thence S39°52'57" E, along said meander line, 274.45 feet to an iron stake which is 45 feet more or less, S89°44'00" W from the West bank of said river; thence S89°44'00" W, 175.00 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all land lying between the above mentioned meander line and the Westerly bank of the Yahara River and also between the Southerly and Northwesterly boundaries of the above described parcel extended to said Westerly bank of the river.
