DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br />This record shall show the location of the corner and shall include all of the following nine elements (a <br />through j). <br />(a) CORNER LOCATION <br />SECTION NUMBER: 10 <br />TOWNSHIP 07 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST <br />MARK CORNER LOCATION <br />10 <br />DANE COUNTY COORDINATES <br />NORTHING: 485,370.67 <br />EASTING: 907,529.91 <br />HORIZONTAL DATUM & ADJUSTMENT: NAD 83(NSRS 2011) DANE COUNTY <br />ORTHOMETRIC HEIGHT: 911.20' VERTICAL DATUM: (NAVD 88) <br />(b) Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, occupational evidence, testimonial evidence or <br />any other material evidence you considered, and whether the monument was found or placed. <br />A 1" iron pipe was found at the corner location, as recorded on a 2022 tie sheet by David Riesop. No ties from <br />Riesop were recovered, however a tie was recovered from a 1983 tie sheet by David Cheney which fits well <br />with record distance. This location has been used for several local surveys. The location of the iron pipe was <br />accepted as the corner location.
