If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />1834-1837 - Original survey; wood post and bearing trees set <br />1884-1885 - Lake Mills Township Resurvey; Field notes say that bearing tree and original post evidence was <br />found. From this evidence a limestone monument was set for this corner. Notes recorded in Register of Deeds <br />(Jefferson Co) Misc. Vol. 1, pp. 309-325. <br />October 11, 1972 - The stone monument was found about 16" below road surface near the centerline of the <br />road. The position of the stone was referenced by iron pipe. <br />August 8, 1977 - Thomas Wollin set an Aluminum Magnetized Cap directly on top of the stone monument. <br />May 22, 1991 - Added 3" extension to bring the monument up to road surface. <br />April 26, 2002 - GPS coordinates assigned (Jefferson Co). <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
