(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
February 6, 1985 - David Reisop located the corner location in a cultivated field with no evidence of original
corner or fences. Riesop set an iron pipe after traversing Sections 19 and 20, locating all apparent 40 corners
and comparing distances to those shown in 1859 surveys of Sections 19 and 20 by Levi Drake.
Final North position used is a double distance and line extension from an iron pipe at the SW Corner of Sec.
20 through an old, well-established fence corner at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 20.
E -W position was checked by measuring to a 1" iron pipe at the NW corner of CSM 2976. The corner is on a
N -S fence line near the Center of Sec. 19. This distance is within 0.55' of Drake's distance and splits the 1/16
corner at the NW corner of the N E 1/4 - SE 1/4 of Section 19 on an old fence corner.
Riesop's position disagreed with the previous computed position for this corner because of its failure to fit long
established fencelines within Section 19. Riesop felt the fencelines were good evidence, along with the
measurements to Drake's 1859 survey.
November 26, 1988 - Riesop found the above mentioned iron pipe and replaced it with an aluminum
monument.
(j) I, Bradley L. Tisdale,
hereby certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public
Land Survey Monument Record is correct
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
IaM4 / /1 05/05/2023
Signature Date
Affix Land Surveyor Seal
BRADLEY L. .
71SDALE
• S-2824
WAUNAKEE
WI .
s
