(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show <br />the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />A found perpetuated location. <br />(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />1859 - Levi Drake subdivided the section (Vol. 2, Page 286) <br />January 23, 1969 - George Weir set 1" pipes on North-South 1/4 line to the South as ties but nothing was set <br />at corner. <br />July 19, 1988 - David Riesop established the corner per lost methods by single proportional measurement of <br />the SW corner and the SE corner which agreed with interior 40 corners and set an Aluminum Monument along <br />with ties. <br />March 25, 1999 - David Riesop could not find the Aluminum Monument. It was obliterated due to farming <br />practices but ties were recovered. Riesop set a 3/4" rebar along with other ties. <br />May 23, 2017 - David Riesop found the 3/4" rod. He updated ties as shown on accompanying tie sheet. <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
