If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />September 22, 1977 - Glen Northrop set a 1" iron pipe when he relocated the corner from the recorded plat of <br />High School Addition. He set two ties. <br />October 23, 1979 - Ronald Williamson found the 1" iron pipe set by Northrup. He replaced the pipe with an <br />aluminum monument. <br />October 23, 1989 - Glen Northrup re-established the corner after it was obliterated during reconstruction of <br />Liberty Street. He reset the aluminum monument from one remaining tie from Williamson's 1979 tie sheet. <br />July 16, 2001 - Howard Licht located the Berntsen monument and verified that it matched the 1989 Northrop <br />tie sheet and that all ties were still intact. <br />January 30, 2013 - David Riesop set a RR Spike after previous monument was removed during road <br />construction. RR Spike was set based on the plat of High School Addition. Additional ties were set. <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
