If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />1834 - Original survey; wood post and bearing trees set. <br />1884 - Resurvey of Lake Mills Township; Milo Jones found bearing tree evidence and set a squared limestone <br />monument. <br />October 10, 1972 - Jefferson County Surveyor (Thomas Wollin) found the stone monument 14" below the road <br />surface and referenced it with iron pipes. In 1977 he set an aluminum marker over the stone. <br />November 13, 1990 - David Riesop found the aluminum marker and two iron pipes and made additional <br />references. <br />May 23, 1991 - A 4" extension was added to the monument to bring it up to road surface. <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
