(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show <br />the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />A found perpetuated location. <br />(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />1833 - Original survey; wood stake and bearing trees set. <br />1855 - Resurvey of the Town of Lake Mills; Milo Jones set a stone post corner using original bearing tree <br />evidence per the Jefferson County Surveyor records. <br />October 10, 1972 - Thomas Wollin dug for and found a square cut limestone monument below the pavement <br />and placed a Berntsen aluminum monument over the stone to bring it to road surface. <br />June 2, 1986 - Glen Northrop found the aluminum monument in place and in good condition. <br />May 23, 1991 - Thomas Wollin found the monument in good condition. He added a 3" extension to bring the <br />monument back up to pavement level. <br />April 12, 2018 - John Krebs found an aluminum monument per the 1986 Northrop tie sheet, along with all ties. <br />June 9, 2021 - Michael Schinke found the aluminum monument and ties from the 2018 Krebs tie sheet. He <br />accepted the position and set one additional tie. <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
