(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show <br />the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br />None <br />(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found <br />perpetuated location? <br />A found perpetuated location. <br />(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />1833 - Original government survey set wood post and bearing trees. <br />1867 - Charles Barton found the stump of a bearing tree and an old stake at the correct course and <br />distance at the corner of a sod fence. (Co. Surveyor records blue book, V6, P412) <br />1983 - David Cheney found a spike at the base of an old cedar fence post at the corner and replaced it <br />with a 1 1/2" I.D. iron pipe. <br />November 13, 1990 - David Riesop fond the 1 1/2" pipe and old fence corner. He accepted its location <br />based on long history of occupation lines at this corner and past use of the iron pipe. He replaced the iron <br />pipe with a Berntsen monument and set ties. <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
