(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. 1833 - Original government survey set wood post and bearing trees. 1867 - Charles Barton found the stump of a bearing tree and an old stake at the correct course and distance at the corner of a sod fence. (Co. Surveyor records blue book, V6, P412) 1983 - David Cheney found a spike at the base of an old cedar fence post at the corner and replaced it with a 1 1/2" I.D. iron pipe. November 13, 1990 - David Riesop fond the 1 1/2" pipe and old fence corner. He accepted its location based on long history of occupation lines at this corner and past use of the iron pipe. He replaced the iron pipe with a Berntsen monument and set ties. (j) I, Bradley L.
