(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br />and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. If so, show the method, including <br />the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br />proportioning in determining the corner location? <br />Not Applicable. <br />(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br />monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br />August 21, 1975 - Glen Northrop inspected the SE Corner of Sec 27 and found conditions generally the same <br />as conditions shown on Alex Ely's survey map 3016L. The position of the corner as shown on Ely's map was <br />accepted and used. <br />March 4, 1983 - D. Cheney noted that he found Weir's original stake marking a corner 115.5' E of the SE <br />Corner, which then fell 4 feet west of Northrop's corner as shown on his 1975 tie sheet. <br />December 15, 1989 - David Riesop states that the corner area falls in a cultivated field and the original <br />evidence was gone. He reset the corner by a retracement of the Alex Ely survey 3016L from irons found. He <br />states that the position varies from that shown on the 1975 Northrop tie sheet, commenting that he apparently <br />did not find the Ely iron set 115.5' to the east (as assumed by the 1983 Cheney note as well). <br />June 9, 2021 - Michael Schinke recovered the 3/4" rebar and three ties as shown on the 1989 Riesop tie <br />sheet. He accepted the monument and set one additional tie. <br />(j) I, Bradley L.
