March 18, 1975 - Glen Northrop set a 1 1/4" solid iron rod. Corner position north -south was set by measurement from the E1/4 Corner of Section 28. Position east -west was set from acceptance of creek as physical evidence of original north -south line. He notes that the creek is manmade and has been dredged. October 30, 1979 - Ronald Williamson found a 1 1/4" solid iron round smooth rod set in the creek bed as recorded on the 1975 Northrop tie sheet. He accepted the rod as the corner and replaced it with an aluminum monument. August 24, 1992 - Arden Sandsnes found an aluminum monument as shown on the 1979 Williamson tie sheet. He did not find previous reference points and set four iron pipe ties. (j) I, Bradley L.
